Project Description: The Frame House is designed with strategically placed windows that frame views of the courtyard, the sky, and the sweeping mountain panoramas to the north. A full-height gabled glass wall opens to an outdoor deck, creating a seamless connection between interior and exterior for a loft-like living experience.

Along Larch Street, a vertical green wall is incorporated into the façade as a sustainable alternative to replacing removed trees. Planted with seasonal species that change colour throughout the year, it mirrors the character of the surrounding street trees while requiring minimal maintenance.
